Joseph T. Kirchhoff is the Principal and CEO of Kirchhoff Companies, an integrated real estate development, investment and management firm, with a national footprint currently developing in New York, Florida, Connecticut and Rhode Island.
Over the past 3 1/2 decades, Kirchhoff has touched nearly every facet of the real estate industry, providing the experience to develop a project the caliber of Eastdale Village. Founded in 1986, the firm emphasizes its quality real estate products and sterling industry reputation.
Kirchhoff Companies now has a collective group of over 120 single-purpose development entities that acquire, develop and retain over 2.5 million Sq Ft within its 6 silos of business that include apartments, student housing, climate-controlled self-storage, medical buildings, luxury residential developments and retail. The firm emphasizes its design, development and investment prowess and has pride in providing the highest level of quality projects throughout.
Joe has served on the Boards of the Anderson Center for Autism, New Horizon’s Resources, Presidents Cabinet of Mount Saint Mary’s College, the President of SUNY New Paltz Steering Committee, and Ramapo for Children. He received the Poughkeepsie Journal’s Business Person of the Year Award, Dutchess Community Colleges Man of the Year, the Dutchess County Economic Development Corporation’s Business Excellence Grand Award, most recently he received the Visionary Award from the Dutchess County Chamber and has been honored by numerous organizations for his active role in the community. Joe has been married for 35 years to his wife Andrea, and they are very proud that all 4 of their Adult children now work in the family business.
