Joe Kirchhoff is a Partner and the Chairman of Kirchhoff. Previously, Mr. Kirchhoff founded and managed Kirchhoff Construction Management, a preeminent construction management firm in the Hudson Valley for over three decades. Over the course of his career, Mr. Kirchhoff has garnered experience in virtually every facet of design, construction, development and property management.

John Hettinger is a Partner and the President of Kirchhoff. Mr. Hettinger began his career in the Corporate Advisory Group of Perella Weinberg Partners, and currently sits on the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board, the Board of the Fisher Center at the University of California, Berkeley, the Atlantic Salmon Federation (US) Board of Directors, and the Board of Trustees of Dutchess Day School. Mr. Hettinger graduated from the University of Florida and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.
